GIFT CARD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Gift Card is redeemable for the specified photography package(s) as chosen by the sender during the purchase.

2. The Gift Card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The recipient must book the photography session within this validity period.

3. The recipient must schedule their photography session in advance through the link provided on the gift card, subject to the availability of the photographer.

4. The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

5. In the event that the recipient wishes to upgrade to a higher-priced package, they will be responsible for paying the price difference.

6. Cancellation or rescheduling of the photography session must be done at least 7 days in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the Gift Card.

7. The Gift Card is applicable for the photography services specified and does not cover additional products, which may be purchased separately.

8. The Gift Card does not include any accommodation expenses if the photography session location is beyond a certain distance. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

9. The photographer retains copyright ownership of all images captured during the photography session and may use them for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. The sender is responsible for providing accurate contact information of the recipient to ensure smooth delivery of the Gift Card.

11. If the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission, it will not be replaced or refunded.

12. The photographer reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the photography session if there is a violation of the photographer's policies or any inappropriate behavior.

13. By purchasing the Gift Card, the sender acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
